Medical Records and X-Ray Image Requests
South Shore Orthopedics has partnered with HealthMark Group to ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record and X-Ray requests. To request your records or images, simply submit a request electronically to HealthMark's Request Manager at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com.
Once logged in, select "Submit Request" from the menu options and enter all required fields to provide an authorization directly to HealthMark. Your medical record request will be processed, and a notification will be sent via mail or email once complete and available for download.

What if I don’t have an email address?
If you do not have an email address, you will not be able to use the portal at this time.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page by selecting FORGOT PASSWORD
Can I have an authorized representative view my X-rays for me?
Yes, you may appoint an authorized representative in your profile. Authorized reps need to have an account as well.
Does this only include new images?
No, prior images taken at our offices from roughly 2012 onward are accessible, as well as images taken at South Shore Health from 2022 onward.
