How to Pay Your Bill
South Shore Orthopedics recently changed to a new Billing System. To pay your bill online, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, you can contact our office at 781-337-5555.
NOTE: Please READ CAREFULLY as there are different portals for different dates of service.
Option 1: Visits Before 1/20/2026
If your appointment or service was BEFORE January 20, 2026, click below to pay your bill.
If you are unsure of your date of service, not a problem! Click here to see an example a patient statement from before January 20, 2026.
Option 2: Visits between 1/20/2026 and 5/31/2026
If your appointment or service was ON January 20, 2026 until May 31, 2026 click below to pay your bill.
If you are unsure of your date of service, no worries! Click here to see an example of a patient statement from after January 20, 2026.
NOTE: When entering your patient ID number, please only type in the numbers prior to the letter 'V' on your statement.
Option 3: Visits 6/1/2026 and Later
If your appointment or service was ON or AFTER June 1, 2026, click below to pay your bill.
